MAC Homes is a family run business with all properties being owned by the McCloskey family, Conor, Ceire, Gerald and Lorraine McCloskey. We’ve been renting houses for over eight years within the Cardiff student areas, mainly Cathay’s and Roath.
We initially utilised the services of an agency to manage our properties, but recently decided that we had developed enough expertise in property management to be able to manage our own properties, thereby saving both ourselves and our tenants the additional agency fees.
We are responsible pro-active landlords that take great pride in our properties, not only as an investment, but also as potential homes for our tenants. By controlling the rental of our properties, we are able to provide a more personalised service, enabling tenants to speak with ‘the man at the top’, and enabling us to attend to call-outs quickly and efficiently.
